Do you believe in soulmates? Why or why not?
I think that when you find the right person, it’s almost as if they have always been a part of your story. Before they came into your life, something felt incomplete, even if you didn’t realize it at the time. Then one day, they arrive, and suddenly things make a little more sense. It’s not that they complete you as a person, but they bring a sense of peace and belonging that feels familiar, like you’ve finally found the piece of the puzzle that was missing.
Finding a soulmate isn’t always easy. It takes time, patience, and often a lot of lessons along the way. Sometimes we meet people who aren’t right for us, and those relationships teach us what we need, what we value, and what we deserve. The wrong person can leave you feeling stuck, while the right person encourages growth, supports your dreams, and helps you become the best version of yourself.
To me, a soulmate is someone whose life fits naturally with yours. Together, you move forward instead of holding each other back. You face challenges as a team, celebrate victories together, and continue growing side by side. It feels less like forcing two pieces together and more like discovering they were designed to fit all along.
Maybe that’s why I believe in soulmates. Not because love is perfect, but because sometimes two people come together in a way that feels purposeful—as though their souls were always meant to find one another
